At this point in time, we are only accepting orders from within Canada, but hope to extend this to the US in the near future. We apologize for any inconvenience.

There is a minimum shipping cost of $ 7.95, however, shipping is free if you order over $ 100.00 worth of product.

At the moment, we are only providing shipping through the Canada Postal Service. Orders are usually filled & mailed within 2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location & distance from our warehouse. See the estimated delivery times for your area on the chart below. Remember, these are only estimations. We cannot predict or control Canada Post's scheduling.

Shipping costs are estimated by weight & handling is included in the "shipping costs" you see at the checkout & on your purchase invoice.

RETURNS

Any company's success is dependant upon customer satisfactions, & we know that happy customers are our best marketing allies. To that end, if you are ever unhappy with any of our products & return it within 30 days of purchase, we will promptly issue a full refund or credit to your PayPal account. This applies to direct retail consumers only. If you purchased the product in question from a retail location, please return it there for a full refund.

In order for the return/exchange to be completed, you must phone, fax or email a request for a return authorization # within 30 days of purchase, as well as the details about which item/s on your original purchase are being returned. If you have lost your original invoice, we can email or fax a copy to you.

The above policy also stands for unopened items that are still in their original state, however, we charge a $ 5.00 restocking fee for each item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error. If that is the cae, pay for the return shipping up front, then we will credit you both for the original shipping cost ore portion thereof. This is because Canada Post now charges a large fee for COD shipments, & due to this, we will not accept any return packages shipped COD.

So, to clarify, if the return is a result of OUR error, we will credit your account for the value of the item/s returned, as well as the cost of shipping both ways, provided the item is not returned COD.

We know returns can be a time consuming hassle, both for you & for us, so we strongly encourage you to take advantage of our offerings of samples. We provide samples of all of our products at a very modest & affordable price. As well, on every order of over $ 50.00, we include a free sample of your choice. Please remember to indicate your preference/s at checkout. ( ie : over $ 100.00 purchase would entitle you to 2 free samples, etc.)

For the ease of customer access on our site, we have a customer login/registration that saves returning customers the time & effort required to refill customer info forms that are part of the checkout procedure on any online business. This also facilitates the sending of new product information, notification of upcoming sales, newsletters, etc., if you indicate that these would be helpful to you. You can opt out of these services at anytime you choose.

Since we use PayPal exclusively for payment, you never have to share your credit card number or any other financial information on our site. If you are unfamiliar with Pay Pal, it provides an ultra secure virtual "bank" for both vendors & their customers. When you're ready to pay for your selections at our online checkout, you click on the PayPal button & are transferred immediately to their secure server. You can always tell that the site you are on is secure by the presence of a "gold key" or "gold lock" icon on the bottom corner of your browser. You will also notice that the URL that you are on no longer starts with http:// but with https://. The "s" stands for secure.

In addition, ReThink Organics uses 128 bit secure socket layer encryption, that ensures no one else can read your personal information (name, address, email, etc.) as it travels across the internet.

PACKAGING

At RTO, we are always keeping our eyes & ears open to find the safest, most reliable & ecologically sound packaging options available. Originally, we were interested in using glass containers, but upon closer inspection, we found that there were safety issues. Soaps, lotions, shower gels, etc. can lead to dropped & shattered (therefore hazardous) containers. Aside from the higher up front cost of these bottles & jars, the extra weight of glass contributes to higher fuel costs & pollution as well.

We have settled (for now) on lightweight, recyclable aluminum, which also is important for shielding delicate oils & extracts from the damaging effects of light. The other packaging we is PET plastic containers. These are lightweight, strong & made from the most stable resin, least likely to breakdown & leach into the product it contains. (Green Guide on plastics) Of course, strong sunlight has a gradual negative effect on most materials, so for the longest life of both your products & the containers they are in, store your products in a cool, dark place.

For those who are thrilled with their products & want more, but don't need or want new bottles & pumps every time they reorder, we can provide bulk refills (two or three times the usual amount) in large plain containers. We will also provide instructions on how the properly wash & sanitize the original bottles & pumps for refilling.
